MT4015 is a sort of 40 amp MPPT controller.
MT4015 is fit for 24V/48V automatic recognition as well as 40A charging current.
Lumiax MPPT 40A solar charge controller is designed for 24V and 48V system. It supports maximum solar panel power is 2000W for 48V battery and 1000W for 24V battery. If your panel power is over that, the controller won't be burned, because it has over charging protection function. That means you waste the excess power. And at the panel terminal, the max voltage could up to 150V.
The standard products of 40 amp solar charge controller are suitable for GEL/AGM/Liquid/Lithium battery. If your battery is lithium battery, we could do that as long as you told me your battery voltage. As we need to reset charging target votlage and disconnect voltage for you. This series is usually used in communication station, it normally demand commen positive. Pay attention that, our solar controller are commen negative, so customers could connect panel negative to ground. Don’t connect battery negative to ground at the same time.
